You will be able to redeem these after your item is sold.

No, the buyer of your item pays for postage. The only thing you will have to pay for is packaging for the item, but we recommend re-using old satchels if you have them laying around!

We don’t recommend listing with us and through your personal eBay/Depop/Facebook Marketplace accounts at the same time.

We know it’s tempting, but more often than not it’s easy to forget to delist the other listings when an item sells.

When a defective sale occurs, that erodes the trust we’ve built with our community of buyer. We may also restrict your account if this happens too many times.

Yes, our pricing engine will give you a suggested starting price and minimum price.

Our algorithm is based off sales history of the same or similar items, as well as signals from marketplaces and online stores.

From there you will be able to adjust the starting and minimum price to suit whether your want a fast sale, or you want the highest possible value.

When you set a starting price and minimum price, we will discount the item every week for 30 days until we reach the minimum price.

At 30 days we will send you an email and ask if you would like to keep the item listed at that price, reduce the price further,

How long you keep an item listed for is completely up to you, but if you just need the item out of your wardrobe, we have partnered with Salvos Stores to deliver a first-of-its kind effortless donation solution.

We'll send you a postage label, and you just pop it in the post, and Salvos will find a new home for it.
